Roasted Red Potatoes

½ pounds red potatoes, cut into thin slices or wedges
3
tablespoons EVOO
1
tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
Coarse
salt & fresh pepper to taste
Dry
potatoes and then mix with EVOO, and spice.
Roast potatoes in a 375-degree oven in a single layer for I hour.
