Chocolate Chess Pie

 1 ½ cups sugar

3 tablespoons cocoa

¾ stick butter,  melted

3 eggs, beaten

1 large can evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

dash salt

1-9” pie crust

 

Mix together and pour into pie crust.  Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes, reduce oven to 300 and bake until set and knife comes out clean.
