9 eggs, room temp

¾ cups sugar
¾
cup butter, melted

¼ cups buttermilk, room temp

tablespoon vanilla

homemade 10” deep dish pie crusts
3
cups coconut
Beat
all ingredients together. Stir in
coconut and pour into 3 pie crusts. Bake
@ 375 for 10 minutes and then reduce oven to 300 and bake for another 30 -35
minutes or until pies are set.
