3 tablespoons light corn syrup

½ tablespoons sugar
½
teaspoon salt
¼
each teaspoon of fresh ground black & cayenne pepper

½ cups pecan pieces
Mix
all ingredients and pour onto a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil. Bake in a 325-degree oven for about 5 minutes
and then stir pecans with a fork and continue to bake until pecans are golden,
and the coating is bubbling about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and quickly move pecans apart with a fork. Cool and then store in an airtight
container.
