Hot Feta & Artichoke Dip

1 -14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained

8 ounces feta

1 cup mayonnaise

1 -2-ounce jar pimentos

1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients in a food processor with pulsing action.  Pour into a greased small baking dish and bake in a 350-degree oven for 20- 25 minutes. Serve with pita chips or crackers.  Garnish with diced tomatoes.
