2 eggs, separated (room temperature)

cup milk

cup flour

teaspoons baking powder
1/8
teaspoon salt

teaspoon sugar
3
tablespoons melted butter or canola oil
Turn
on the waffle maker!
Beat
egg whites in a small bowl until stiff and set aside. In another bowl beat egg yolks and milk, next
stir in sifted dry ingredients, and then stir in the butter or oil. Now fold
in the egg whites and make waffles!
