2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, diced
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ cup olive oil
¼ - ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Place all ingredients but the cheese into a blender or a
NutriBullet and process until smooth and well blended. Add the cheese and process
until thick and creamy. Chill for several
hours before using.
