cups cooked chicken or use the chicken from one rotisserie chicken

teaspoon Fox Point seasoning- optional

½ cups of a box of cooked Uncle Bens Original Wild Rice with the seasoning
packet

cup slivered almonds, toasted

cup parsley, chopped
Salt
and pepper to taste

red pepper
Cook
veggies in butter and oil until red pepper is soft. Add broth, thyme, Fox Point Seasoning and
chicken heat to boiling and then simmer the soup for at least 30 minutes. Add rice, almonds, parsley, and seasonings,
simmer another 30 minutes and serve.
