cream

mayonnaise
¼ cup oil

tablespoons red or white wine vinegar

buttermilk
½ cup blue
cheese
Dash hot
sauce
Black pepper
Mix well and
chill. Dressing is better made a day
ahead, will keep for about a week. Serve
on any mixed greens, tomatoes, toasted walnuts, and optional
beet slices
and shaved onions.
