baking powder

vanilla extract

2 eggs
1/2 cup (4
ounces) milk
2 cups (8 1/2
ounces) flour (spoon into cup then level off)
2 cups (12
ounces) bittersweet chocolate chips
¼ cup coarse
sparkling sugar, for topping
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease muffin pan/s or line with paper liners,
this recipe will make 12-18 depending on muffin size. In a large mixing bowl beat the butter,
sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon until fluffy. Beat in eggs,
then stir in the milk. Mix in the flour just until combined, then the chocolate
chips. Using an ice cream scoop, divide
the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Sprinkle each muffin with a little
coarse sugar. Bake the muffins for 20 – 25 minutes, or until done!
