Grilled Red Potatoes



10-12 small red potatoes
Olive oil
Coarse salt
Fresh pepper



Take each potato and jab it with a fork, rub the potatoes with a little olive oil, place on large plate and cook whole in the microwave until they are almost done; on high this should only take a 2-3 minutes, depending on how many potatoes you are cooking.   Sprinkle potatoes with a little coarse salt and fresh pepper and place them on the grill.  Turn as needed until potatoes have nice grill marks.  Serve potatoes with butter and sour cream on the side.
