Summer Pork Tenderloin


 

1 package pork tenderloins- trimmed

½ cup apple juice

¼ cup orange juice

1 small onion- chopped

¼ cup red pepper- chopped

2 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 garlic cloves- minced

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

¼ teaspoon dried thyme

¼ teaspoon salt

fresh ground black pepper

 

Mix all in a blender and then pour over pork.  Cover and chill for several hours.  Grill and serve.

Serves 4-6
