BBQ Sauce

1  24-ounce bottle ketchup

¼ cup of apple cider vinegar

¼ cup brown sugar

1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon liquid smoke (you could add more if you prefer a smokier BBQ sauce)

1 teaspoon black pepper

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, and whisk to combine. Simmer for about 5 minutes (or longer if you prefer a thicker texture). Store for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
