Marinated Olives


 

½ lemon, thinly sliced

¼ cup EVOO

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Pinch red pepper flakes

3 orange slices

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon paprika

Pinch oregano

1-2 cups Olives- a variety of your choice

 

Mix all but olives together in a microwave-safe bowl and then warm marinate in the microwave.  Place olives and marinade in a large jar or a bowl, cover tightly, and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours stirring once or twice.  Bring to room temperature before serving!
