cup grated cheddar cheese or ½ each of grated Cheddar and Swiss

cup of lightly cooked diced spinach or use raw and diced

cup cooked diced onions

nutmeg

cayenne pepper

garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat
your oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the milk and eggs, then stir in all
other ingredients. Pour the egg mixture into a buttered pie dish, and bake
uncovered for about 45 minutes. Or until the center is set and not jiggly.
