Artichoke Frittata Appetizer

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped fine

8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

1 small onion, minced

4 eggs, beaten

6 soda crackers, crushed

dash hot sauce

pepper

 

Mix all together and pour into buttered or sprayed 8” baking dish.  Bake in a 325-degree oven for 1 hour.  Cut into small squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
