Summer 2020 Cocktail

 1-2  teaspoons Rosemary simple syrup

4 ounces of grapefruit juice

2 ounces Campari

2-3 ounces club soda or Prosecco 

Rosemary sprig 


Make a simple syrup with 1 or 2 sprigs of fresh Rosemary.  Let steep for an hour and then chill.


Fill a glass with some ice and add the Rosemary simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and Campari; stir well, then lastly, add the club soda or Prosecco. Give a light stir, add a sprig of rosemary and serve.
