Lemon Sherbet

  

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

Zest of 2 lemons

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1/3 cup sugar or more depending on your taste

 

Directions:

Mix all well and chill overnight or for several hours.  Pour into ice cream freezer and process until frozen. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for several hours, then serve.
