Coffee Cake using Bisquick

2 cups Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg


Topping:
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons cold butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a well-greased or buttered 9 inch round cake pan.  With pastry blender mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping over the batter and bake for about 18 to 22 minutes.
