Tudy’s Honeybun Cake



Serves 8-12

1 yellow cake mix w/pudding
4 eggs
¾ cup oil

Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1- 8 ounce carton of sour cream

Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
pinch of cinnamon
Dash vanilla
Milk – just enough to make the glaze thin enough to pour.

Combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil; mix until smooth.  Pour ½ of the batter in a well-greased 9”X 13” pan.  Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together; sprinkle over the batter.  Spread the rest of the batter over the brown sugar mixture and bake cake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes.  Glaze while cake is still hot.
