Tartar Sauce ~ 2



½ cup mayo
½ cup Daisy light sour cream or plain yogurt
1- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons capers
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Tarragon
Parsley
1 tablespoon minced shallots or green onion- optional


Mix – chill – serve.
