Salad:
1-2 romaine
hearts, torn
2 tomatoes,
chopped
½ cup black
olives
½ cup feta
cheese, crumbled
Fresh ground
black pepper to taste
4 green
onions, optional
Dressing:
¼ cup fresh
lemon juice
1 tablespoon
white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon
water
½ teaspoon
dried dill weed (I add some fresh if I have it)
1 clove
garlic, minced
1 tablespoon
fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons
Parmesan cheese
Whisk
dressing ingredients together and toss over salad.
