Apple Slaw



Serves 4-8

½ head cabbage, grated
4-5 apples, peeled, cored, and grated or diced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2-4 tablespoons sugar
½ cup mayonnaise

Mix cabbage and apples together.  Add lemon juice and sugar to the cabbage/apple mixture and stir well.  Let sit for a few minutes and then stir in mayonnaise.  Chill for several hours and then serve.
