Ann Stewart's Waffles


2 eggs, separated (room temp)
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons canola oil

Turn on waffle maker!

Beat eggs whites in small bowl until stiff and set aside.  In another bowl beat egg yolks and milk, next stir in sifted dry ingredients, and then stir in the oil.  Now fold in the egg whites and make waffles!
