½ teaspoon vanilla
Mix together:

cup flour

tablespoon sugar

teaspoon baking soda
½
teaspoon salt
Beat
egg, add milk, vanilla and oil beating well; then beat in flour mixture.
- For blueberry pancakes, double this recipe and add 1 to 2 cups chopped fresh blueberries. Lemon jest is also good to add to the blueberry pancakes!
