Puff Pastry Rounds
1 package
pastry sheet
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - to brush on pastry sheets
1 -4 ounce
package Feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup
roasted red peppers, drained well and minced
Dash garlic
powder
Dash
cayenne pepper
½ cup black
olives, chopped
Dash
oregano
Mix
together all ingredients. Thaw pastry
sheets according to directions on the package.
Open pastry sheets and brush them each with EVOO. Mix together all ingredients and spread
evenly between the two pastry sheets; leaving a 1” edge on both long sides
without filling. Roll up pastry starting
on the long edge. Cut pastry roll into ½
inch rolls and place rolls onto baking sheet.
Bake according to the directions on pastry box.
** This is
great with a pesto type filling too!
