German Chocolate Pie

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tablespoons Dutch Processed Cocoa

2 large eggs

1 large egg yolk

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup coconut

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped pecans

1- 9" fresh or frozen pie crust. Pre-bake the crust at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. 

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the first seven ingredients. Then fold in the last 3 and pour filling into the partially baked pie crust. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes until the pie is set. A slight jiggle in the center is okay! Cool on the counter for 2 hours. Store pie in the refrigerator.
