2-3 crowns of broccoli, cut into florets and either steamed or roasted just until they start to soften

can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Topping:

cup panko breadcrumbs
¼
cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While the broccoli cools slightly, mix all
the other ingredients together, and then fold in the broccoli florets. Pour into a
sprayed casserole dish and sprinkle topping over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
