8 ounces grated Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 ounces cream
cheese- softened
4-ounce jar of diced pimento – drained
½ - 1 cup mayonnaise
heavy dash cayenne
dash garlic powder
Mix all in a food processor and chill.
