package Whole Wheat Four Cheese Ravioli
Parmesan
cheese
Cook
ravioli. In pan sauté shallots in the
olive oil and butter until tender, then add pancetta and sauté until pancetta
starts to brown. Add white wine and boil
until reduced by half. Now add cream,
half & half, peppers, and ravioli.
Cook just until all is heated through and serve with Parmesan cheese.
