tablespoon fresh lemon juice

tablespoons white wine vinegar

tablespoons lemon oil

tablespoons light olive oil

tablespoon half & half

Put
Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and vinegar in a small jar and shake well. Or you
can do this in a bowl with a whisk or use a hand blender! Add all other ingredients and shake
well. Keep in frig until ready to
use.
