cup cream

cup lemon juice

teaspoons lemon jest

cup pine nuts- toasted

pound cooked regular or whole wheat angel hair pasta

cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese- use ½ cup now and reserve ½ cup
Sauté
prosciutto and then add all other ingredients in order listed. Cook until all
mixed well and heated through. Serve
with the reserved Parmesan cheese.
