yellow cake mix w/pudding

eggs
¾
cup coconut oil
1-
8-ounce carton of sour cream
½
teaspoon vanilla
Filling:
1
cup brown sugar
1
teaspoon cinnamon
Glaze
2
cups powdered sugar
pinch
of cinnamon
2
teaspoons vanilla
¼
cup milk – just enough to make the glaze thin enough to pour.
Combine
cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and oil; mix until smooth. Pour ½ of the batter in a well-greased 9”X13”
pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together,
sprinkle over the batter. Spread the
rest of the batter over the brown sugar mixture and bake cake in a 325-degree
oven for 40 minutes. Glaze while cake is
still hot.
