1 ½ cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 ¾ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs separated and beat the egg whites until soft peaks form
1 ½ cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
Sift together dry ingredients and set aside. In a mixing
bowl add 2 eggs yolks and whisk lightly. Then slowly whisk the milk into the
egg yolks. Stir in the sifted dry ingredients and then fold in the
butter, vanilla and lastly, gently fold in the egg
whites.
