cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Pre-heat
oven to 375 degrees. Combine oats and sour cream. Then stir in butter, eggs, and
brown sugar. Sift together all dry
ingredients and then fold them into the batter, add the nuts but do not over
mix the batter. Spray muffin tins or use
paper liners. Fill them only 2/3 full
and bake for 20 -25 minutes.
