T’s Homemade Salsa Dip


2 large tomatoes peeled and diced small
1 can black olives diced
1 clove garlic grated
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
black and white pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon EVOO
2 to 3 tablespoons Mt. Olive diced jalapeno’s


Mix well and chill for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips of choice.
