Roasted Red Pepper DIp

1 heaping cup diced roasted red peppers, that we well drained
1- 4 ounce jar diced pimento's, drained
4 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
heavy dash cayenne pepper, or more!
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup diced onion, microwaved on high for 1-2 minutes

Mix all together in a food processor and pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20- 25 minutes.  Serve homemade whole wheat pita chip wedges or tortilla chips.
