1 package frozen Baby Lima Beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
pinch of salt and sugar
1 small jar pimento, drained & diced
2 tablespoons toasted chopped pecans
4 sage leaves, chopped
In saucepan heat the olive oil and then add the onion, sugar, and salt and saute for 5 minutes. Next add lima beans and pimento and let beans simmer for 20 minutes or until soft. Stir in pecans and serve.
