Marinated Grilled Shrimp


Grilled Shrimp

 

¼ cup EVOO = extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon- juice & jest

1 clove garlic- minced

 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried

fresh ground black - to taste
 
dash red pepper flakes - to taste

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

1 tablespoon honey

2 pounds fresh peeled shrimp

 

Mix  all together and chill for 4 hours.  Grill and serve.  Great served on top of tossed salad.
